COTTAGE CHEESE AND PINEAPPLE PARFAIT
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese low-fat
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks fresh or canned, drained
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
- Optional toppings
- shredded coconut
- chopped nuts such as almonds or walnuts

Instructions
