Air-Fryer Ham
Ingredients
- 1 boneless ham about 2-3 pounds
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C) and wrap the ham in some aluminum foil, this makes it extra juicy! While the ham is cooking, lets prepare the glaze!
- For the glaze, in a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and black pepper to create a glaze. The glaze should be runny in consistency!
- After about ten minutes, take out the ham and brush the glaze generously over the ham, making sure to cover all sides.
- Now, Cook the ham in the air fryer at 350°F (180°C) for about 15-20 minutes per pound. If your ham is 2 pounds, this would be around 30-40 minutes.
- Flip the ham halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking and bast it with more glaze.
- TIP: Check the internal temperature of the ham using a meat thermometer. The ham should reach an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C). If you don’t have a meat thermometer, you can know if the ham has a beautiful golden-brown crust, its cooked!
- Once the ham is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. This step is important because meat needs to rest!
