With a wide array of diverse food, Bangladeshi cuisine has its own unique bold flavor tinged with aromatic spices like mustard, fenugreek and cumin. Bangladeshi food features a lot of curries, lentils and meticulously prepared vegetables seasoned to perfection. Rice is a staple in the country and is eaten in almost all households daily most commonly paired with fish.
The Bangladeshi cuisine is big on fish, especially freshwater fish like hilsa and pangasius which are prepared and eaten in different kinds of ways. In fact, fish curry (hilsa curry) is actually the national dish of Bangladesh. The street food culture is amazing in Bangladesh and there is an unending variety of finger foods sold on the streets, like spring rolls, fuchka (pani puri) and jhalmuri which is a kind of spicy puffed rice.

Afghani Cuisine

Reflecting the Afghan tradition and culture, the Afghani cuisine is at the same time a heritage to the past as well as reflects the changing country today. I once had the pleasure of trying out some Uzbek food and I tried out different types of a food called samsa, (savoury pastry stuffed with meat or vegetables) and I was blown away by the delicate balance of meat and spices.
Uzbek food is noodle rich and generally non spicy but still flavorful and they make the use of spices like cumin, paprika and coriander which complement the usually meat-centric dishes. Uzbekistan’s signature dish is palov main course rice dish with pieces of meat, grated carrots and onions, usually cooked in a kazan (or deghi) over an open fire. Some versions also add chickpeas, raisins, barberries, or fruit. Other popular uzbek dishes include shashlik (grilled meat skewers), manty (steamed dumplings) and dimlama (a meat and vegetable stew.)

Iranian cuisine

Iranian cuisine also known by its old name, Persian cuisine and is known for its more 2000 food varieties and is one of the richest food cultures in the world. Irani food is characterized by the use of aromatics and scents like dried lime and rose water and spices like turmeric, cardamom and saffron to emphasize the flavors of the dish.
With the use of aromatic spices and fresh herbs with tender meats and a variety of fruits and vegetables, Iranian cuisine is a delight for the senses. Rice, lamb and poultry are staples in Iran and main dishes include foods like Chulu Kebab, tender grilled lamb meat served on rice, Khoresh, an Iranian form of stew, and tahchin a saffron rice cake which are all beloved classics.
Turkish Cuisine

Since Turkey has a culture that is not only Asian but also European, the resulting food is a beautiful fusion of Central Asian, Middle Eastern, and Mediterranean flavors with a balance of spices and flavorful culinary traditions. Bread is a Turkish staple and a wide variety of different kinds can be found like pide (flatbread), and simit (bread rings.) Turkish culture is big on appetizers which are called mezes and this with the iconic Turkish breakfast culture has brought international fame to the Turkish cuisine.
With a mix of vegetarian and meat dishes, the Turkish kitchens use ingredients like lamb, eggplants and yogurt and spices that include sumac, paprika and cumin. Baklava, a Turkish dessert is one of the tastiest and famous desserts in the world. Some beloved Turkish classics include Adana kebab (hand minced grilled meat), lahmacun (flatbread topped with minced meat and minced vegetables) and Dolma (different kinds of stuffed dishes.)
