MINI YOGURT AND FRUIT BOWLS
This mini treat is perfect if you're looking for a healthy snack for kids, its also great as a healthy dessert!

- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain sugar free
- 1 cup mixed fresh fruits such as berries, bananas, mangoes, peaches or kiwi
- 1/4 cup granola or crushed whole grain cereal
- Honey or maple syrup optional, for added sweetness
Wash the fruits because berries especially need a good wash.
Slice all the fruits into equal bite-sized pieces.
If the yogurt is plain and you want to sweeten it, you can mix in honey or maple syrup.
In a serving glass or bowl that’s see through, you can layer the ingredients.
First start with a spoonful of yogurt at the bottom of the glass, followed by a layer of mixed fruits, and then a sprinkle of granola or crushed cereal.
Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass, ending with a final layer of yogurt
Add a layer of garnish of fruits and granola on top for more fun. These bowls make a good healthy snack option not just for kids, but also adults!
You can also sprinkle some cinnamon on top for added flavor!
