Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait
This healthy snack option doubles as a low calorie dessert too!

- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or flavored, depending on your preference
- 1/2 cup mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional, for added sweetness
- Granola or crushed nuts optional, for crunch
Prepare the Berries
Wash the berries thoroughly under running water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
If using strawberries, remove the stems and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
Sweeten the Yogurt (optional)
Layer the Ingredients
Start by spooning a layer of Greek yogurt into a serving glass or bowl.
Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
Repeat the layers until you've used up all the yogurt and berries, ending with a final layer of berries on top.
