Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or flavored, depending on your preference
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional, for added sweetness
  • Granola or crushed nuts optional, for crunch

Instructions
 

Prepare the Berries

  • Wash the berries thoroughly under running water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • If using strawberries, remove the stems and slice them into bite-sized pieces.

Sweeten the Yogurt (optional)

  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.

Layer the Ingredients

  • Start by spooning a layer of Greek yogurt into a serving glass or bowl.
  • Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  • Repeat the layers until you've used up all the yogurt and berries, ending with a final layer of berries on top.

Optional Crunchy Layer

  • If desired, sprinkle some granola or crushed nuts on top of the berry layer to add a crunchy texture and extra flavor to your parfait.

Serve and Enjoy
