- 1 can of tuna in water or olive oil, drained
- 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Tuna Salad
In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
