Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cucumber washed and sliced into rounds
  • 1 can of tuna in water or olive oil, drained
  • 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • sliced cherry tomatoes
  • chopped green onions
  • parsley flakes
  • paprika

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tuna Salad
