Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C) and wrap the ham in some aluminum foil, this makes it extra juicy! While the ham is cooking, lets prepare the glaze!
For the glaze, in a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and black pepper to create a glaze. The glaze should be runny in consistency!
After about ten minutes, take out the ham and brush the glaze generously over the ham, making sure to cover all sides.
Now, Cook the ham in the air fryer at 350°F (180°C) for about 15-20 minutes per pound. If your ham is 2 pounds, this would be around 30-40 minutes.
Flip the ham halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking and bast it with more glaze.
TIP: Check the internal temperature of the ham using a meat thermometer. The ham should reach an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C). If you don’t have a meat thermometer, you can know if the ham has a beautiful golden-brown crust, its cooked!
Once the ham is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. This step is important because meat needs to rest!
