Season both sides of each patty with salt, pepper and paprika powder if you want.Place the patties in the air-fryer in an even layer making sure they don’t overlap each other. Not too many at a time, you can cook them in small batches.Fry the patties at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking process. The cooking time depends on your air fryer but you can adjust the frying time based on how you like your beef done. For medium, cook them around 12 minutes and well-done, cook them about 16 minutes. After taking out the patties, you can put the bread buns in the air fryer to toast them slightly to give them a toasty surface.Assemble the burgers and put any or all of the toppings and condiments like lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, cheese, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard and pickles. This recipe for air fried hamburgers is not only easy but also mess free. No oil splatters and you get a crispy patty with a nice sear!
Notes
TIP: If you want to add cheese to your burgers, you can put a slice of cheese on each patty a few minutes before they are completely cooked. This is so the cheese can melt.
