Stir fry the chicken in small batches, the toppings can also be customized for each person! To make it easier, you can divide the chicken into batches of 4 to 6 depending on the people. To make the tantuni, heat a flat nonstick pan and add 2 tablespoons of cotton oil if it is available and olive oil if it is not. Stir fry!Now take the lavash or flatbread and press it flat down on the flat pan, allowing the lavash to soak up the flavor and juice.Make the tantuni wrap by placing the chicken and the toppings, onions, tomatoes and parsley and roll it up into a wrap.
